Elizabeths 1st Birthday Party

Elizabeth turned one February17Th 2010. It has passed by so fast. But I tried to cherish every moment. Her Birthday party was the bomb. It was such a great party! I was so happy how it turned out. God really did a blessing in the making of the party. I am so thankful to Him and for what He has done during that time. I don't know where to begin by telling you all the things that happened.

First I was getting kinda stressed about who was coning or not coming to the party. And How I was going to plan and do everything. Until my son Aaron told me to just have fun planning the party and enjoy it and let God do the rest. Well I took his advice and once I did, EVERYTHING just started falling together. I am grateful for my son Aron and his wise words of wisdom from the Lord. I am so sad to say that he was not able to come to the party because of his service to the Lord at the Outcry in the Barrio Center in San Antonio. Aaron being there at the party would have made it oh so much perfect. I cried so much minutes before the party but I had to get my act together and host.

I could mot find anyone to make my daughters birthday cake the way I wanted.
So I ended up doing it myself. Well with the help of Felisha and Cary Jo (my Daughters).
It was the best thing that I could have done.
It was an amazing cake and it tasted great too.
I made her a castle cake. I will try to get the pic on here later. I am having trouble uploading. I would like to thank these special people for their part in helping with the party...
  1. Margie and her husband for connections to the Fun 4 All rentals for Big Castle bouncer, Popcorn machine, Snow cone maker, Cotton Candy machine, Hot dog warmer and 8 pic-nick tables. Margie also helped with the Popcorn Machine and Cotton Candy and just being where she was needed
  2. Bonnie My best friend for helping when the food was not ready to get it out there in a hurry. and cleaning the kitchen really fast
  3. Lisa for helping Bonnie also with the food.
  4. Rosemary My Sister for doing the cotton candy like a pro. Everyone thought she had done it before. She was that good. And being where she was needed.
  5. Adam, Felisha and Carly Jo My children for All that they did at the party. They were running around getting everything and anything anyone needed. They were also great host to everyone
  6. last but certainly not least. Carlos My Husband and Hero. He did the Hot dogs and setting up and everything in between. Cleaning up days before the party.

And to all who came to the party.... It would not have been a Party with out you there. I hope you all had just as much fun as we did having you there. Thank you for all your presents but especially your presence there. God bless.
